The 59.F0 has been a common error code on the models listed above. The service manuals on the older models reference this error to a failure of the developer motor assembly, but this is false.
In most cases this has been resolved by replacing the transfer belt assembly (RM2-6454). The belts have an internal failure that prevents the secondary transfer rollers from engaging; in this case, the whole ITB needs to be replaced.
It is rare, but if for any reason, the error code is not resolved by replacing the transfer belt, the DC controller will likely need to be replaced. The DC controller part number will vary by model.
